If only we had found 360HR earlier…………… Having grown rapidly in the last few years, we recognised that both our HR processes and procedures did not fit the business and our managers had little knowledge of them. Initially we used the services of a large HR consultancy service that gave us a cut and paste system. This did not reflect the values of the business and we were left to train our staff on a new system that we did not believe in. Through a referral we met Catherine Parsons of 360 HR.
