Catherine is an HR consultant and trainer who has worked in the field of HR since 1990. She has extensive experience in employee relations, including over 20 years of advising managers in day to day matters and defending tribunal claims. She has designed and delivered training for HR and line managers in a wide range of private and public sector organisations such as Schroders, Marks and Spencer, Bupa, Ofsted and Specsavers. She is a Corporate Member of the CIPD.
Liz has worked as an HR and training professional since 1990 with her early experience mainly in the hotel, catering and retail industries. In HR Consultancy for 20 years, she specialises in employee relations and training and has prepared tribunal defences. Liz has worked closely with a number of high-profile multi national companies as well as working with many SME’s on general day to day HR practice.
Amanda is a management development consultant with over 15 years experience of developing individuals and teams to improve their performance. She is an enthusiastic and confident trainer and has facilitated a wide range of team development activities. Amanda is accredited to use a number of psychometric tools, including Myers Briggs and FIRO-B. A personal tutor for, and fully qualified member of, the CIPD, Amanda also has an MA in Management Learning from Lancaster University.
Heather is an HR Consultant with over 12 years’ experience in the field of human resources. She has worked as an HR Manager in the public sector as well as managing both strategic and operational projects on a consultancy basis with various private sector companies. She has experience of setting up in-house HR functions, systems and procedures and the writing and implementation of policies. Heather is an assessor for the National Training Awards and Apprentice of the Year and a Fellow of the CIPD.
